Exercise
Sphere, float
Objetive
Write a java program that calculate the surface area and volume of a sphere, given its radius (surface area = 4 * pi * radius squared; volume = 4/3 * pi * radius cubed).
Note: For floating-point numbers, you should use Convert.ToSingle(...)
Example Code
import java.util.*;
public class Main
{
public static void main(String[] args)
{
float radius;
float pi = 3.1415926535f;
System.out.print("Radius? ");
radius = Float.parseFloat(new Scanner(System.in).nextLine());
System.out.println(4 * pi * (radius * radius));
System.out.println(4 / 3 * pi * (radius * radius * radius));
}
}
